About the Role:
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week
  • Work Term: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create new recipes that showcase your culinary expertise and creativity
  2. Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards
  3. Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
  4. Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods to meet customer expectations
  5. Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless operations
  6. Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards, adhering to company guidelines
