Job Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Nordel Sushi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong background in sushi preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes to a high standard.
  • Instruct and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality.
  • Plan and implement menus to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all food meets quality and safety standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a sushi chef.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
