About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management Software (DMS) implementation team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including accounting and data entry.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers, both virtually and on-site, to ensure they are fully proficient in using our software.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored training and support to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of our software and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and enhancements, and provide training and support to our customers on these new features.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software implementation and customer support.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month, with a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and a valid full-class driver's license.
