About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including accounting and data entry.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers, both virtually and in-person, to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our software.
  • Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure successful software installations and provide ongoing support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, and effectively communicate these changes to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting and a strong understanding of financial software
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or a similar field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
