About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including sales, service, inventory management, and accounting.
  • Training and Support: Provide virtual training, online, and on-the-phone support to new and existing customers, as well as onsite training at customer locations when required.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation and update processes as needed, while also sharing knowledge with colleagues within the DTO team.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel frequently to customer sites throughout North America, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless support and training.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Industry Experience: 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is an asset.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, effective time management and organizational skills, strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month, with proof of Covid-19 vaccination, valid passport, and/or US visa (if applicable), and valid full class driver's license.
