We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

About the Role

As an Accounting Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). This includes virtual training, online and on the phone, as well as onsite training at customer locations throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of the PBS software and its various modules
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers on the use of our DMS software
  • Provide excellent support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with new software releases and updates, and provide training to customers on these changes
  • Collaborate with other teams within PBS to ensure seamless delivery of training and support services
Requirements
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial software
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or a similar field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within Canada and the USA
