About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management Software (DMS) implementation team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our DMS software and its various modules, including accounting and inventory management.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers on our software, both virtually and in-person.
  • Assist customers with data entry and other key tasks, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to training requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a dealership environment or a similar industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US up to 2 weeks per month.
