The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer (French/English) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our comprehensive DMS software by automotive dealerships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive training to new and existing customers on all aspects of our DMS software, including accounting modules.
  • Deliver virtual, online, and phone-based training sessions, as well as onsite support during software installations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software functionalities and best practices for implementation.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their specific needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide ongoing technical support to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting principles.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment is an asset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
