Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a designated territory. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships to drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet customer expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two to four year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years outside direct sales/service experience preferred
- 4 years of Industry experience preferred
- Experience in account retention and account penetration (expansion of sales within existing accounts)
Skills:
- Proven track record in new account acquisition, account retention and account penetration
- High degree of integrity and ability to develop customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and develop action plans
- Technical product knowledge preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Other Requirements:
- A valid driver's license
- Capable of driving up to several hours per day to customer location(s) within an assigned territory or region
Compensation:
Starting salary range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
