Business Development Representative

Job Title: Account Development Specialist
Job Summary:
The Account Development Specialist is a key role at NAPA Auto Parts, responsible for building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers. This involves implementing National, Regional, and District-level sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA auto parts and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales development plans to grow business with existing customers in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with District Sales Managers and Store Managers to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide market intelligence and report service or product issues to assigned store managers and district sales managers.
- Make pricing recommendations on accounts and assist in collections and ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions.
Requirements:
- Community College, business major, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Automotive parts industry.
- Bilingualism depending on location.
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
