Network Sales Executive

As a Network Sales Executive with ELEVATE Limited in China, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales cycle in the country. This includes lead qualification, discovery and closing calls/presentations, and negotiating contracts.

You will work closely with leadership in-country and globally to define strategies and tactics necessary to effectively grow LRQA Consulting business in China. Your focus will be on building and implementing roadmaps to grow with existing customers, cultivating new prospects, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

  1. Analyze the current customer base and portfolios to identify potential sales opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these leads.
  2. Seek out new business opportunities through market research and identification of growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders by providing exceptional service and support.
  4. Generate leads by meeting clients face-to-face or maintaining contact over the phone, and make targeted cold calls to prospective clients.
  5. Foster and develop long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and responding effectively to meet their requirements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on company best practices, policies, services, pricing, and promotions, and communicate this information effectively to clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business sales and marketing strategy.

You will also attend seminars, conferences, and events to develop unique business strategies and concepts, and capture more clients through innovative approaches.

We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running, with a proven track record of driving results in sales, business development, and/or customer relationship development. If you have 10 years' experience in sales, ideally from a consulting firm, and are fluent in both English and Mandarin, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
