  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous culture and community dynamics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and service team members
  • Capacity to provide support and guidance to families during challenging times
  • Knowledge of local community resources and services
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Police check with vulnerable sector and child and youth intervention check completed within the past six months

In addition to these qualifications and requirements, you must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to working with Indigenous communities and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
