The Role

We're looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can build strong relationships with our customers at all levels, from user to executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, with a track record of success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic ownership of a customer portfolio over the entire customer lifecycle
  • Successful creation and ownership of up-to-date account plans to grow strong customer relationships
  • Maintenance of developed in-depth knowledge of your customers' industry, technology, products, and services
  • Visibility at the customers' executive level to drive awareness of Citylitics' offerings and value
Requirements

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in owning and leading the development of strategies on assigned accounts
  • A proven track record in building executive relationships and managing a $2m+ book of business
  • Experience working with internal resources to get things done
  • Technical savvy and ability to conduct platform walk-throughs without support
  • A keen attention to detail and highly organized when it comes to information management and task prioritization

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
