Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Kal Tire Service Solutions to existing customers in order to grow a book of business in their designated territory.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' relevant work experience in account management or a similar field. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Account Management: Focuses on regional customers to maintain and grow the sales portfolio for the region.
  • Works Collaboratively: Works both independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within the assigned geographic portfolio.
  • Program Implementation: Expands customer share of spend through program implementation and expand customer contacts to maintain customer relations long term.

Reporting/Metrics:
  • Client Information: Collates and maintains client information in the CRM database to ensure current account information and insights.
  • Metrics Analysis: Analyzes sales data to inform and/or update portfolio strategies.

Professional Development/Networking:
  • Trusted Advisor: Acts as a trusted advisor and Kal Tire ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall regional network.
  • Market Trends: Proactively builds business acumen for each client portfolio as applicable to the role; stays up to date and current in market trends, relevant technology, etc.

Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent; post graduate diploma or degree preferred, or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Flexible Travel: Flexible to travel as required.
