Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a Part Time Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter shipment details into our in-house database.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and track shipments, including booking, picking, and delivery of goods, as well as tracking transportation, documentation, and insurance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on air and road transport procedures, international regulations, and other related matters.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including billing corrections, reports, records retention, audits, and other tasks connected to general administration.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Language: Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Skills: Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word), knowledge of air freight operations an asset
