- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our in-house database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and customer information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and track shipments, including booking, picking, and delivery of goods, as well as tracking transportation, documentation, and insurance.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Bilingualism (French and English) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or logistics coordination an asset.
