Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing various tasks related to freight operations, including data entry, billing, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter shipment details into our in-house database
  • Create and manage House Bills and Master Bills
  • Coordinate and track shipments, including booking, picking, and delivery of goods
  • Advise customers on air and road transport procedures and international regulations
  • Obtain and produce relevant information from overseas, consulates, government agencies, etc.
  • Organize transportation and documentation with carriers
  • Produce accurate information and documentation on time
  • Ensure compliance with CBSA and Transport Canada regulations
  • Close files within established time frames
  • Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Knowledge of air freight operations is considered an asset
