Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of shipment details into our in-house database
  • Creation of House Bills & Master Bills
  • Coordination and tracking of shipments, including booking, picking, and delivery of goods, as well as transportation, documentation, insurance, and accounting
  • Providing expert advice to customers on air and road transport procedures and international regulations
  • Obtaining and producing relevant information from overseas, consulates, government agencies, etc.
  • Organizing transportation and documentation with carriers
  • Producing accurate information and documentation on time
  • Ensuring compliance with CBSA and Transport Canada regulations
  • Managing administrative tasks, including billing corrections, reports, records retention, audits, and other general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Knowledge of air freight operations an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
