Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Support Representative to join our team at TRAPPED. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to client problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise and support other technical support team members as needed.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to clients.
  • Set up equipment for client use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This is a temporary position in the private sector, with a work term of less than 2 years. The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
