Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the digital product strategy, identifying emerging opportunities and trends to support the development of innovative products, services, and functionality. You will be responsible for the overall client experience, digital strategy, and the product delivery roadmap. You will also be supporting the development of new transformational capabilities to maintain a leadership position in the market.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure appropriate understanding of the roadmap they are accountable for delivering
  • Act as a member of a cross-functional squad (Product, Design, and Technology) and work with functional partners to implement features identified in the product roadmap
  • Responsible for building the right product features and user experiences
  • Implement the strategy on behalf of business partners to enable and deliver a measurable impact on shareholder value via increased revenue, client satisfaction, RBC brand development, and reduced cost to maintain/implement
  • Monitor performance to identify trends and recommend initiatives to leverage opportunities
  • Contribute to the product strategy to implement the overall Digital Strategy

What do you need to succeed?

  • Product Management experience leading, development of small products and/or enhancements
  • Demonstrated experience working with agile delivery teams
  • Demonstrated experience with financial data business analysis and alignment to requirement gathering process and user testing outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Possessing strong emotional intelligence/maturity
