Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our digital product strategy, identifying emerging opportunities, and developing innovative products and services. You will lead the overall client experience, digital strategy, and product delivery roadmap, while supporting the development of new transformational capabilities to maintain our leadership position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure a deep understanding of the roadmap and deliverables.
  • Act as a member of a cross-functional squad and work with functional partners to implement features and user experiences.
  • Build and implement the right product features and user experiences.
  • Implement the digital strategy on behalf of business partners to drive measurable impact on shareholder value.
  • Monitor performance and identify trends to recommend initiatives and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the product strategy to implement the overall Digital Strategy.
Requirements
  • Product Management experience leading the development of small products and enhancements.
  • Demonstrated experience working with agile delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial data business analysis and alignment to requirement gathering process and user testing outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with emotional intelligence and maturity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Product Owner certification.
  • RBC organizational awareness.
  • Mortgage Product Knowledge.
