Job Description

The Digital Product Owner is responsible for driving the creation, enhancement, and sustainment of digital technologies that drive automation, digitization, and analytics in our agriculture business processes, across multiple regions and markets.

This role plays a crucial part in the development of business processes, aligning with regional stakeholders towards a common global process. The Digital Product Owner will translate business processes into a supporting product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the successful launch of the product, creation of business value, and adoption of the product globally. This role will focus on digitalizing one or more agriculture business processes.

The Product Owner will continue to identify opportunities for innovation and ensure the product remains competitive in the market with the latest tools, technology trends, and emerging practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business processes and translate them into product features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product features and design
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and ensure the product remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
  • Digital product development experience
  • Business process mapping experience
  • Product vision, strategy, and feature definition experience
  • Experience working with multiple regions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ag Business Degree
  • UX design experience
  • Agriculture product development experience
