Product Owner Digital Manufacturing

McCain Foods is embarking on a digital transformation journey, and we're seeking a skilled Product Owner to drive the success of our digital manufacturing initiatives. As a key member of our Digital Manufacturing Product Team, you will be responsible for developing and refining overarching strategies, working closely with plant teams, and leveraging technical input to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine solution/use case strategies, designs, and deployments
- Collaborate with plant teams, Digital Leads, and Director Digital Manufacturing to identify end-user needs and iterate on solution development
- Build user-friendly tools and solutions that drive user adoption and engagement
- Deliver high-quality solutions in an efficient and timely manner, tracking progress and making trade-off decisions
- Actively communicate progress and raise blockers to program managers, driving the program forward in a timely manner
- 5-7 years of experience in a dedicated domain (Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Production, or Manufacturing functions) or Product Management & Development
- Good business acumen, understanding how to drive value through technology and data
- Experience managing complexity and ambiguity, with a user-centric design and user interface development background
- Demonstrated experience and interest in using innovative technology, with strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to various audiences
- Bachelor's Degree in food, engineering, business, computer science, IT, or a related field
- Master's Degree or Applied Certificate in business management, computer science, IT, or a related field
