Seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Director to lead the administration of two vibrant Toronto-based dance companies, Kaeja d&Dance and Jaberi Dance Theatre. This unique opportunity allows the selected individual to have full-time employment, overseeing the management of both Companies.

About Us

Kaeja d&Dance and Jaberi Dance Theatre are renowned for their collaborative approach, having worked together on numerous projects. As a result, they are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the administration of both Companies, ensuring seamless operations and growth.

Job Overview

This full-time position involves managing the day-to-day activities of both Companies, including financial management, marketing, and event coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the Artistic Directors of each Company to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the financial management of both Companies, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Coordinating marketing efforts to promote the Companies' events and programs
  • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Collaborating with the Artistic Directors to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in administrative leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
