Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at INDUSTRIES OCÉAN INC. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, and the language of work is English or French.

About the Role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations. They will also prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, plan and manage budgets, and develop and implement quality control programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
  • Advise project teams on best practices and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, General
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
