About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at INDUSTRIES OCÉAN INC. as a key member of our construction operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess and optimize construction site operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Establish and Implement Quality Control Policies: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction work and minimize defects.
  • Advise Project Teams: Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals.
