We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative, you will be the voice of TD, providing personalized support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering legendary customer service: You will strive to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Solving problems efficiently: You will use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact, providing empathetic and effective solutions to their concerns.

  • Achieving your goals: You will consistently meet performance objectives, including customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.

  • Never stop learning: You will actively participate in ongoing training and coaching support to help you continue to grow and develop in your role.

What You Need to Succeed

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • Bilingual skills: You must be fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional listening skills: You will be able to listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide effective solutions.

  • Ability to multitask: You will be able to navigate through computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy while balancing performance to meet a variety of metrics.

  • Digital literacy: You will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and be able to use them effectively to support customers.

  • Flexibility and resiliency: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

  • Integrity and confidentiality: You will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.

Language Requirement

This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees, or markets located outside the province of Quebec or who require services in a language other than French.
