Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Masterpiece Granite & Marble Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Staff Training: Train staff members on new procedures and policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
