About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Manager to join our team at Associa British Columbia. As a licensed Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes, prioritizing and conducting business and projects, and administering financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Prioritize and conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio, meeting precise deadlines and managing clients' expectations.
  • Administer financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A valid Strata Property Management License is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for traveling to meetings at the buildings in your portfolio.
