About the Role

At Associa British Columbia, we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a licensed Strata Manager, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our strata council clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes, prioritizing and conducting business and projects in a timely manner
  • Oversee project management, emergencies, contracts, and contractors for the portfolio
  • Develop meeting agendas, conduct meetings (including some evening meetings), and ensure accurate minutes
  • Administer financial matters, including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review
Requirements
  • A valid Strata Property Management License is required
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
  • Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while managing client expectations
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for traveling to meetings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporations
