Strata Manager Job Description

At Associa British Columbia, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a licensed Strata Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our strata council clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes, prioritizing and conducting business and projects in a timely manner.
  • Oversee project management, emergencies, contracts, and contractors, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement meeting agendas, conduct meetings, and maintain accurate minutes.
  • Administer financial matters, including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review and coding.
Requirements
  • A valid Strata Property Management License is required.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while managing client expectations.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for traveling to meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporations.
