At Associa British Columbia, we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a licensed Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our strata council clients and managing the day-to-day operations of their properties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes
  • Prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Managing projects, emergencies, and contracts
  • Creating meeting agendas and conducting meetings
  • Administering financial matters, including budgeting and reviewing invoices

Requirements:

  • A valid Strata Property Management License
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Superior communication skills
