Strata Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

At Associa British Columbia, we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a licensed Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our strata council clients and managing the day-to-day operations of their properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes, prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
* Conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio, including managing emergencies, contracts, and contractors
* Create meeting agendas, conduct meetings, and follow up with accurate minutes
* Administer financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing invoices

**Requirements**

* Valid Strata Property Management License
* Positive and enthusiastic approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
* Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for traveling to meetings
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
* Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporations
