About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strata Manager to join our team at Associa British Columbia. As a licensed Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes, prioritizing and conducting business and projects, and administering financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Prioritize and conduct business and projects, including managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors.
  • Administer financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strata council clients, ensuring exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • A valid Strata Property Management License is required.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and meet precise deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for traveling to meetings.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
