U-TOP ACADEMY LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to students, creating engaging learning experiences, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Instruction: Develop and deliver course materials, lectures, and assessments to students, ensuring a high level of academic rigor and engagement.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs, and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Course Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and develop new courses, programs, and learning materials, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry requirements.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments, evaluating student learning and progress, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance teaching and learning.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
