Job Title: Instructor - Academic Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor - Academic Development to join our team at U-TOP ACADEMY LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing teaching materials and outlines for courses, preparing, administering, and marking tests and papers to evaluate students' progress, and providing assistance to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Instruction: Teach students through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and laboratory, shop, and field studies.
  • Course Development: Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Prepare, administer, and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress.
  • Student Support: Provide assistance to students with special needs.
  • Program Evaluation: Conduct course and program evaluation or review.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
