We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor - Academic Development to join our team at U-TOP ACADEMY LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing teaching materials and outlines for courses, preparing, administering, and marking tests and papers to evaluate students' progress, and providing assistance to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Instruction: Prepare and deliver high-quality educational content to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to measure student learning and progress, and provide feedback to students on their performance.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students with special needs, including accommodations and modifications to ensure equal access to education.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new academic programs and courses, and contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of existing programs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in teaching, education, or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
