About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructor to join our team at U-TOP ACADEMY LTD. as a key member of our academic staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, developing and implementing curriculum, and contributing to the growth and development of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Deliver lectures, discussions, and other instructional activities to students, using a variety of teaching methods and technologies to engage and support student learning.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum for courses, including creating course outlines, syllabi, and assessments.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, including academic advising, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Program Evaluation: Participate in program evaluation and review, including collecting and analyzing data to inform program improvement.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with developments in the field, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to the growth and development of our academic programs.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Strong teaching and communication skills, ability to work with diverse student populations, and experience with curriculum development and program evaluation.
