About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Instructor to join our team at U-Top Academy Ltd. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and materials to students
    • Conduct lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities to facilitate learning
    • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Course Development
    • Design and create new courses and programs to meet the needs of our students
    • Update and refine existing courses to ensure they remain relevant and effective
  • Student Support
    • Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed
    • Help students set and achieve academic goals
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience
    • Experience in teaching or education-related field an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
