We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Car Match Auto Group Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, managing office procedures and routines, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and Manage Information Flow: Ensure seamless communication among team members, handle mail and other materials, and establish efficient office procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a well-stocked office environment.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
