Job Title: Technical Writer

This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, compliance teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and developers to ensure the accuracy and clarity of all written content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, process flows, policies, procedures, and reports for various financial products and services.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Documentation: Write and update documents that adhere to financial regulations and industry standards, ensuring legal compliance, Forex exposure.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), compliance officers, and IT professionals to gather information and clarify complex financial concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of technical writing experience, preferably within the financial services or fintech industries.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control.
  • Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial products (loans, mortgages, investments, insurance, etc.), industry terminology, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA, etc.).
