Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our Technical Communication team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and microcopy to help our customers succeed with our products and features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain online help content for our customers, business partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation and UX copy meet style guide standards.
  • Provide a fresh perspective on current documentation and tooling, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Interpret complex experiences into clear, concise steps for users of all skill levels.
  • Assist in recommending and executing technologies for effective content delivery and communication.
  • Consider the best ways to enhance written content with multimedia and AI tools.
  • Manage time effectively while balancing work across multiple product teams with different deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience writing product documentation, UX/Microcopy copy, and/or other multi-media help content.
  • A portfolio of work showcasing technical writing skills.
  • Ability to conduct research, interview subject matter experts, and gather knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of authoring tools, AI writing and proofreading tools, web development technologies, and in-app help and walkthrough tooling.
  • Collaboration and efficiency skills, with a willingness to learn new things.
