About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Content Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that enables users to effectively utilize our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for new features and releases, including learning materials, user guides, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and QA, to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in our documentation and implement changes to enhance user experience.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and content standards to ensure consistency across all documentation.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on documentation best practices and tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Post-graduate degree or certificate in technical communications or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agile software development environment.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and cloud software applications.
  • Experience with content management systems and documentation tools.
