We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritization and Procedure Management
You will be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Administrative ActivitiesThis will involve carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, which may include tasks such as managing inventory and budgetary controls, preparing periodic reports, and maintaining records.
Coordination and OversightYou will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including tasks such as assembling data, preparing special reports, and maintaining correspondence.
Budgeting and FinanceAssist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent work term
- 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
