We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at AN INDIAN AFFAIR. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including supervising other workers, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and training other workers.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role. You will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compiling data, statistics and other information.

You will also be responsible for responding to employee questions and complaints, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, and providing customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be a team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
