Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations to meet business objectives.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise 3-4 staff members to ensure they meet business objectives.

    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
