Job Title: Spa Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Sophia's Nails. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty salon, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage financial resources to ensure the financial stability of the salon.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
