Job Description

Sophia's Nails is seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and customer service, with the ability to manage a team and make sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement changes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring the salon remains profitable and well-stocked.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, promoting the salon and attracting new customers.
  • Hire, train and supervise staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a beauty or spa setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
