Sophia's Nails is seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to lead our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily performance, and planning and organizing daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, making informed decisions to optimize resources.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, promoting our brand and services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in spa management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
