  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control the spa's budget and inventory, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Work Environment: Beauty shop or aesthetic service.
